Its an 18 karat white gold gentleman wedding band or can be worn as a ring.  it has a flat top, and the sides slide down.  The diamonds are a combination of baguette-cut diamonds and princess cut diamonds.  There is a total of approximately 2 carats in diamonds.  The diamonds have a fine color and clarity. the diamonds are set with a technology that you don’t see a channel between the stones.  it looks like its invisibly set.
