This was my first time at Richards. I stopped by to sell my no longer needed engagement ring and Fernando is the only jeweler who treated me with Kindness, I realized quickly if you are not buying something people in this field are usually not the nicest. But not at Richards! Fernando saw me as a person more than a client or a number. I am so happy I found them. Please visit them wether you want to buy or sell, you won’t be disappointed .

Everyone at Richard’s was extremely helpful when I visited them for the first time. Like most people I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best deal without sacrificing quality. Sam took the time to educate me as a first time shopper for diamonds and the experience was not transactional. They never pressured me into making a purchase, it all felt natural. All their staff is professional and patient. In results to their stellar service I recently went back to purchase our wedding bands from them. Highly recommended!

Giving one star because Milly is excellent and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of repairs we had to have completed due to the sub par product that was originally sold to us was out of her control. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Richards in November 2021, where it sat in a box until he proposed in January 2022. Shortly after him proposing, my beautiful ring was missing a gallery. When we took it in to Richards in February 2022 the gentleman who assisted us blamed it on me and told me I must have hit it on something for the piece of metal to just fall off. I’d like to point out that at this point the ring was less than two months old and I am a nurse and do not wear my ring half of the week when I’m at work. We are not local to Miami so they had to ship my ring back to us and charged us for shipping. When I received the ring back, the gallery was replaced however only one end of it was attached to the ring, the other was open to the shoulder and snagged on things frequently leaving me with a ring I really couldn’t wear (after paying over $100 for shipping & insurance). Our next visit to Miami was not until July 2022, we were able to meet with Milly who originally sold us the ring. She was apologetic and understood we were not local and had the ring fixed within the weekend so we would not have to have it shipped. The next day we picked up the ring and it was “fixed” it appeared fine to my untrained eye. Now, two months later in September 2022 the baguettes I noticed were lose again. Upon further inspection the gallery is again not attached to the shoulder and susceptible to being snagged on something and coming off completely. When looking closely at the galleries along the sides of the baguettes the metal is very thin, rough and just doesn’t look finished to the quality that we expected from Richards. Since we are not local and this has been a huge inconvenience as well as disappointing because I can’t wear my ring.Edit: after taking to two reputable local jewelers, both stated the setting originally sold was not appropriate for the stones and that it was very poorly put together. Currently now in the process of having to have my entire ring reset.Edit: after posting this review the owner reached out to my fiancé and offered to reset the entire ring. The ring looks good now and hopefully will last! Thank you Richards for standing by your products.

We love Richards! Excellent quality and at a competitive price point. When you walk into Richards, you feel like family. The customer service and professionalism is superior to anywhere else we’ve been. Richards custom made our wedding bands many years ago and we purchased our other wedding pieces here as well. We could not have made a better choice. They have incredible workmanship! It is a drive for us, but well worth it. We will continue to use Richards for all our jewelry needs.

Richard’s is more than just a jewelry store for us. They are people that are really looking to make a difference in you life, through their genuine love and dedication to making you happy. Fernando and Milly have both been amazing with us every step of the way. From the customization of my, now wife’s engagement ring, through the selection process of our wedding bands, and other pieces of jewelry I have bought for my wife. Each time it has been a great experience and we are so happy we found them. They are simply the best!!!We are happy to say that after almost a three year pause due to COVID we were finally able to get married in Medellin, Colombia. My experience at Richard’s was incredible! I’m so glad my fiancé found them, they’ve taken care of all of our jewelry needs and will be our go-to jeweler from now on. They went above and beyond for us, from sizing our engagement rings to custom designing my band, the whole experience was so professional and perfectly crafted. We had the honor of working with Milly who treated us like family and helped me design some pieces that were so sentimental and special and she exceeded my expectations! I was not asked or encouraged to write this review. I just wanted to share my personal experience. Today was my first first in person visit to Richard’s.(I follow their IG) I wish I had made the trip sooner! They have a playground of items and the expertise/eye to design you anything you want should you need. Most importantly, you are treated like family. You do not get asked or pressured to buy a thing. I bought a beautiful piece from Fernando and it will not be my last. I am grateful and thankful to have found a place I can both enjoy and trust in the experience and leave with a piece I love.

On Monday we visited Richard’s Jewelers for the first time and our experience was incredible. The staff is amazing.They didn’t care how much we were spending or if we were spending any money at all. They took the time to show us the pieces we were interested in with no judgement. They gave us opinions and suggestions and showed us a multitude of diamonds.If you are looking for diamonds or anything else please give Richard’s Jewelers an opportunity. You will not regret it, we didn’t. My husband purchased my custom engagement ring and then my eternity wedding band from Richard's. Likewise, I purchased and engraved his band here. My custom pieces are better than I could have dreamed of. I worked with Milly on the design of both rings. Milly's customer service is superior. She's especially talented at implementing an idea exactly as envisioned with great attention to detail in drawings and planning. Richard's team as a whole is professional yet fun and friendly. Although they are often very busy, they make time to offer us coffee and help with questions, repairs, appraisals, and cleanings. They are always worth the wait. You buy a piece from Richard's and they truly take care of you forever. I receive daily complements on my unique pieces reminding me how lucky I am to have found this "Gem" in Miami. The team at Richard’s really makes you feel comfortable and right at home. My fiancée and I bought her wedding band here and every time we visited they remembered exactly who we were. There is no pressure to buy right there on the spot, they do not push more expensive products on you and they genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. We just went in to pickup her wedding band and it’s beautiful, exactly what we wanted and they did everything they could to customize it the way she needed. They also cleaned her engagement ring when we visited for no charge which was always a nice touch

The best place on earth to buy jewelry. I’ve been going to Richards for years. The quality is exactly what they tell you it is and the prices are unbelievable great. Iris and Fernando and all the staff make you feel like family. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else. Just bought my dream sapphire ring from them and I can’t stop looking at it.

I am so happy to have found Richard's Jewelers! I went today to get an earring repaired and I ended up leaving with a stunning ring! The hardest part of my visit was that there were so many amazing pieces, that it was hard to make a choice! I am thrilled with my purchase, but even happier with the customer service. The customer service at Richard’s is second to none. Milly was so helpful from choosing the perfect stone to designing the flawless setting for my fiancé’s engagement ring. Milly was so responsive and patient towards all of my inquiries and questions throughout the entire process. I will start by saying I never post reviews. But Richard’s is amazing, honest, and just very genuine! My husband and I bought our weddings bands here after two ex-colleagues of ours have bought earrings, engagement rings, and wedding bands. I waited until now to come visit them and purchase a new pair of Diamond stud earrings. Sam was extremely helpful in his recommendations! He knew we wanted great quality but did not want to go over in budget. Sam was able to deliver! Fernando, one of the managers was able to assist Sam in delivering! I will definitely come back to get something special for my mom. Something she has been wanting for a very long time! I love my earrings! Thank you Sam and Fernando!

Richard's has always managed to exceed my expectations in every way. I have been a customer for years and have experienced everything from making custom pieces, repairing family heirlooms, diamond upgrades, etc. Milly is very patient, attentive, helpful, and has impeccable taste in everything jewelry. Sam is a watch guru and has beautifully restored some old Rolex pieces for me. Richard makes the store feel like home. Truly my favourite store to buy diamonds & jewelry. The service is impeccable, professional and warm, Fernando and Iris are amazing - kind, patient, attentive, accommodating and flexible; the whole staff is very friendly. The pieces are gorgeous, of extremely high quality and excellent craftsmanship. I’m from out of town and they have been able to work with me time and time again to achieve genuinely more than I could’ve dreamed of, in the timeline and price range I was looking for! I absolutely love this store. The customer service is unrivaled. They treat you like family here. I remember the first time I was here 10 years ago. We were getting married. Now 10 years later when it was time to upgrade my ring, the whole team, including Millie made it happen. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they took the time to go through their substantial inventory to find the perfect ring. They even have the option to make a custom piece. And during COVID they are open and they are taking necessary precautions with an alcohol spray for your hands and temperature checks to ensure everyone’s safety. They are my number one spot for me family’s jewelry needs.

Side note: First time coming to this place, and I had no idea it was like THIS! For those of you (like me) who had no idea, Richard's Gems & Jewelry is located in the equivalent of a fine jeweler emporium. You have to check in and get a badge or name tag and inform the security where you are going. I came her thinking it was just going to one jeweler, and then I realize this is actually a jewelry mall!

Stay Away! Extremely disappointed! These people are very shady. I went to trade in a $18,000 ring that I had bought from them and they said that would honor the full value if I get something else. Every item I asked to see when I asked the price they were taking off the price tags and hiding them and then they took several minutes to figure out the price, then when I asked for the price tag they said the item had the wrong tag. Not reliable and rude, they made me wait once I told them the reason why I was there, and started seeing other clients that had arrived after me. They did not give me time to shop around, just attitude and the run around with the prices and constantly speaking in secret to each other, very disrespectful. I will never buy anything from them and I regret making this big purchase from them in the first place. Buy your fine pieces somewhere else like Freddy's, they are straight up to the point, outstanding customer service! I ended up buying a $11,000 Rolex from them today, so glad I walked away from Richard's Gems and Jewelry!

After visiting a handful of name brand stores at the local mall with my fiancee. I realized that shopping for her engagement ring and our wedding bands would not be easy. The service and lack of knowledge at these stores threw up red flags. After some research, I found Richard’s in downtown Miami. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by their incredible staff. We had the pleasure of working directly with Pablo. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with our purchase. I also want to point out that Pablo took us outside to look at the ring in the natural light. They aren't relying on their lighting system to sell their merchandise like other stores. If you are in the market to purchase any type of jewelry I highly recommend using Richard’s.
