A Big red ruby heart, that is what you see. The rubies are princess-cut and they are set in a way that you don’t see metal, all you see are the Rubies. There are close to 8K in Rubies and close to 1.5K in diamonds. It’s a little puffy, so from the side looks rounded, which adds more beauty to this piece.
